*…Pool warranties vary from 5 years to 30 years or longer. Decide what your needs are, how much you want to invest, and how long you would like to own your pool, it will help you choose. Also, the various materials used in constructing the pool will influence the maintenance required…be sure to ask!
*…A larger pool may be a better value but size could be limited by your location! Click on the permit information tab and go to your town’s web site to get the permit information you will need. Setback, clearance and inspection requirements can vary from town to town. Find out here!
*…Safety! Three key concerns for pool safety are centered around: accessibility, entrapment and alarms. Make sure you discuss these with your salesperson. They can effect your choice of wall height, fencing, gates, ladders and of course alarms.
*…Swimming, learn how, learn now. Since 2/3 of the earth’s surface is covered by water swimming is a must, and it’s fun!!! Make sure your kids, no matter what age, learn to know, love and respect all forms of water sports.
